    Senior Consultant II – CIS Project Management

      The Senior Consultant II is an integrated part of the WTS Consulting Practice team as an established Project Manager with excellent client-facing skills and the ability to expand client services. The Senior Consultant II assists in Westin’s strategic initiatives, key pursuits, planning and solution development, technical delivery, and project delivery, successfully capturing and executing projects to grow new business and additional revenue. The Senior Consultant II directly manages project staff and ensures quality performance of key functional and technical tasks within budget, schedule, and Westin’s Quality Standards. The Senior Consultant II shall be able to develop “trusted advisor” client relations and help lead strategic project wins where named as the Project Manager. The Senior Consultant II shall also be a key contributor to the National Consulting Practice in developing and defining customer management (CM) service packages, delivery standards, and the One Westin way.

      • 10 plus years of technology-related consulting experience in utilities or public sector agencies, including 5 plus years in a water/wastewater consulting environment

      • Extensive consulting experience in the following: CIS functional & technical requirements definition, CIS software selection, Implementation of modern utility CIS solutions (Advanced, Cayenta, S&S, CC&B, etc.), Customer management business process improvement, Mobile work management, AMR/AMI, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Customer analytics, System interfaces to ESRI GIS, CMMS, FIS, etc.

      • Managed multiple projects and staff
      • Knowledge of customer management best practices
      • Integrate their CMMS with other information systems to support asset management, CIP, and customer service goals

      • Demonstrated ability to influence and help win competitive projects
      • Proven history of client account development
      • Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor project teams
      • Strong writing abilities for proposal development, generating concise project reports, and successful client deliverables

      • Excellent verbal and presentation skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to internal and external audiences

      • BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products

      • Understands CIS and related mobile services for utilities, industry-leading solutions, and maintains up-to-date technical expertise and market knowledge

      • Successfully manages assigned projects to the clients’ satisfaction within established budget and schedule, including obtaining contract change orders and schedule adjustments where appropriate

      • Able to gain personal, “trusted advisor” relationships with client management team during project engagements

      • Expands existing client relationships, identifies additional business opportunities, prepares proposals as Westin’s Project Manager and helps to win new business

      • Works on and manages multiple delivery teams as required

      • Demonstrates ability to influence and help win competitive projects
      • Adheres to Westin’s Quality System on all projects or tasks, as demonstrated by QC records

      • Proactively participates in Regional or National Conferences by presenting papers and/or actively participating in industry committees

      • Possesses strong writing abilities for proposal development, generating concise project reports, and successful client deliverables

      • Maintains active membership in at least one technical society

      Senior Consultant II – CMMS Project Management

        The CMMS Senior Consultant II will be an integrated part of the WTS Consulting Team as an established Project Manager with excellent client facing skills and the ability to expand Westin’s services. The CMMS Senior Consultant II will successfully lead, manage, and execute Westin’s maintenance and asset management projects within budget, schedule, and desired quality performance. The Senior Consultant II shall develop “trusted advisor” client relations to expand Westin’s services, build client testimonials, and grow new business. The CMMS Senior Consultant II will be actively involved in Westin’s national and regional sales pursuits, lead interviews where named as the Project Manager, and further Westin’s strategic initiatives and new service development efforts.

        • BS in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field

        • 10 plus years of technology-related consulting experience including 5 plus years in providing water/wastewater/electric/gas utility consulting services

        • Managed multiple projects and staff
        • Knowledge of asset and maintenance management practices
        • Extensive consulting experience in the following: Implementation management of common utility CMMS solutions (Oracle WAM, Infor EAM, Infor Public Sector, IBM Maximo, Azteca Cityworks, Central Square Lucity, etc.), business process improvement, mobile work management best practices and market solutions, CMMS interfaces to ESRI GIS, ERP, CIS, FIS, SCADA, etc., and CMMS software selection services including the definition of functional & technical requirements.

        • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and staff

        • Knowledge of best maintenance and asset management practices

        • Demonstrated ability to help win competitive projects

        • Excellent verbal and presentation skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

        • Strong writing abilities for proposal development, concise project reports, and successful client deliverables.

        • Ability to travel post Covid-19 restrictions (when safe)

        • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Access).

        • BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field

        Director – Maintenance & Asset Management

          The Director of Maintenance & Asset Management will be an integrated part of the WTS Management Team as an established Industry Leader with excellent client facing skills and the ability to grow Westin’s services. The Director – Maintenance & Asset Management will successfully lead, manage, and execute Westin’s maintenance and asset management full project portfolio within budget, schedule, and desired quality performance. The Director – Maintenance & Asset Management shall develop “trusted advisor” client relations with existing clients to build client references and testimonials and expand WTS services. The Director will lead Westin’s national and regional maintenance & asset management sales pursuits, proposals, interviews, strategic initiatives, and new service development efforts. The Director – Maintenance & Asset Management will effectively lead, manage, mentor and grow the WTS Maintenance & Asset Management delivery team.

          • BS in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field

          • 15 plus years of technology-related consulting experience including 10 plus years in providing water/wastewater/electric/gas utility consulting services

          • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple simultaneous CMMS projects and staff

          • Demonstrated ability to lead and win competitive projects

          • Demonstrated ability to build lasting executive relationships

          • Ability to travel post Covid-19 restrictions (when safe)

          • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Access).

          • Successfully leads, manages, and grows the WTS Maintenance & Asset Management practice

          • Effectively manages the full portfolio of projects to the clients’ satisfaction within established budget and schedule

          • Establishes new client relationships and expands existing engagements to secure new business

          • Leads proposals as Westin’s Executive-in-Charge and/or Project Manager to win new business

          • Works on and manages multiple delivery teams as required
